PHA Comp Managers

Deviations Manager

The HAZOP deviations used within PHA Comp have to be configured prior to use, this is achieved via the Deviations Manager.

The Deviations Manager can be accessed by clicking on Actions -> PHA -> Deviations in the toolbar.

A number of deviations are already preconfigured in PHA Comp. To add a new deviation click on ‘Add New’.

If the ‘Default this Deviation to ‘Is Not Applicable’ for Existing Nodes?’ box is checked then the new Deviation will be considered by PHA Comp to not be applicable to all existing nodes within the analysis. If the box is unchecked then the new deviation will be considered to be applicable. For more details refer to Article XXXX

Deviations can then be edited or deleted by right clicking on each deviation, however a deviation can only be deleted if it hasn’t been assessed in any of the existing nodes. If the user attempts to delete an assessed deviation the following error message will be displayed.
