SIL Determination
- Set SIL targets for both Low and Continuous (High) demand SIFs
- Conduct assessments using either (or both of) the Layers of Protection Analysis (LOPA) or Risk Graphs methodology
- Setup default Risk Profile to your company standards for safety, environmental, financial and reputation consequences

SIL Verification
- IEC 61508-certified SIL verification module ensures compliance with IEC 61508 / IEC 61511
- Perform both Random Hardware Reliability Assessment (PFD and PFH) & architectural constraints as per IEC 61508 and IEC 61511
- Conduct Sensitivity Analysis to optimize Proof Testing and Periodic Automatic Testing (PAT) e.g. Partial Stroke Testing (PST) procedures whilst still meeting SIL and PFD Targets
- Incorporates the SIF data subset from Technis FARADIP-THREE database, which is based on over 40 published data sources together with Technis’ own collection of reliability data
- Ability to perform MooN configurations (simplex and redundant systems), not limiting you to the amount of devices that can be modelled in a SIF configuration
- Live generation of Reliability Block Diagrams (RBDs), offering a visual representation of each SIF as it’s assessed
